SAP PPQM Lead

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP QM Lead & Solution Architect responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have a strong functional knowledge of business processes in manufacturing and quality control and should be able to configure and customize SAP to meet business needs. EXP Range: 10-20 Years (Immediate Joiners )Location: Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai & Gandhinaga r Key Responsibilitie s:· Gather and analyse business requirements related to production planning and quality management processe s. · Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM solutions includi ng: Master data (Materials, BOM, Routings, work cant ers) MRP, production orders, capacity pla nning Inspection lots, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, quality certifi cates. · Work with cross-functional teams (MM, FTM, SD, etc.) for integrated process design. · Develop and execute test plans, resolve issues, and provide support during g o-lives. · Perform system enhancements, configuration changes, and troubleshoot PP/QM relate d issues. · Train key users and support change managemen t efforts. · Collaborate with technical teams for developments (e.g., reports, interfaces, u ser exits). · Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and migrations as required Requirements: · Hands-on experience in SAP PP a nd QM modules. · Strong understanding of manufacturing and qua lity processes. · Experience in ECC or S/4HA NA environments. · Excellent knowledge of integration with other SAP module s (MM, SD, FICO). · Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps (f or S/4HANA roles). · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. · Good communication and d ocumentation skil ls. Preferred Skills: · Experience with SAP S/4HANA implement ations or conversions. · Exposure to SA P Activate methodology. · ABAP debugging experience (optional but helpful).
