**Job Requirements\\*** - SAP Technical, Configuration, and Business knowledge in QM module - Extensive knowledge of QM processes along with integration with SAP MM, IM, EWMand SD module. - End to end Process knowledge related to SAP commercial and procurement flows. - Good Knowledge in batch determination and serial management - Should have knowledge in error handling of Idos and data file. Knowledge in addressing AIF error hands-on. - Good client facing skills Desire to work in an information systems environment - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with experience working in global teams. - Exposure to Incident management tools and terminologies - Hands on experience of SAP ABAP - Understand integrations with non-SAP applications - Understanding of change management process - Exposure to S/4 HANA **Key Responsibilities\\*** • Giving technical solution to CLIENT requirements and handle manage production systems - Able to handle the work Independently with a timely response to stakeholders - Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development - Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement - Develop documentation for systems and processes. - Develop and manage project plans for your area. - Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions.
