SAP Program Manager

Job description

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management. - Program Managed at least one S/4 Greenfield Implementation - Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end—implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes. - Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. - Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals. - Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles. - Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. - Project Leadership & Delivery - Own end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs - Review and lead proposal preparation, project estimations, and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively. - Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health. 2) Stakeholder & Team Management - Collaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. - Coach and mentor team members, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation. - Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies. 3) Agile Delivery Excellence - Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement. - Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes.
