Hi All, We're hiring for **LTIMINDTREE** for the role **SAP Project Management for more quires kindly reach out - mail23@dayspring-consultants.com** **Location: Hyderabad** **mandatory skill : SAP Project Management with S4 hana** **Exp: 12 to 16 Yrs** **Notice Period: immediate to 30 days only** **JD for your reference** Role Business Analyst SAP Project Management Must Have Skills Understanding of SAP S4HANA Reporting Tools Power BI Power Apps Power Point Excel Advanced Proficient in ADO and ServiceNow Good to Have Skills Basic understanding of Functional FICO Supply Chain GTM Location Hyderabad Work from client office in hybrid mode Experience 10 years 78 years of relevant experience Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP project management exposure to support business transformation initiatives The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working in cross functional environments collaborating with business and technology teams and supporting SAP S4HANArelated projects across key functional areas Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to gather analyse and document business requirements Support SAP project management activities including planning tracking reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope timelines risks and deliverables Assist in process analysis solution validation user acceptance testing and deployment support for SAP S4HANA initiatives Prepare reports dashboards status updates and presentations for project governance and stakeholder reviews Track project progress risks issues and actions using tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow Required Qualifications and Experience 7-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to SAP project management Experience working in cross functional and matrixed environments involving business IT and delivery teams Strong communication stakeholder management documentation and presentation skills Project management certification such as PMIPMP is preferred SAFe Agilist certification or working knowledge of Agile delivery practices is preferred Technical and Functional Skills Basic understanding of SAP S4HANA concepts and implementation lifecycle Functional exposure to SAP areas such as FICO Supply Chain and Go to Market processes Proficiency in reporting and productivity tools including Power BI Power Apps Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Azure DevOps board for backlog task and delivery tracking Experience using ServiceNow for incident request change or project related tracking Preferred Competencies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable project deliverables Collaborative working style with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels Strong ownership mindset and commitment to timely delivery of assigned responsibilities Skills **Mandatory Skills :** Project Governance, Risk/Crisis Management, Schedule Management, Scope & Change Management, Stakeholder Management Regards Divya
