***Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!*** **We are hiring : SAP PL** **Experience : 10 to 15 years** **Location : Pune / Ahmedabad** **Must-Have** - Strong experience in SAP project management (Support, Upgrades, Rollouts) with knowledge of latest SAP technologies. - Good understanding of ticket types: Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests. - Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Symphony Summit. - Ability to ensure SLA compliance and monitor service delivery performance. - Strong client communication and team leadership skills **Responsibility** - Manage SAP support, upgrades, and rollout projects effectively. - Monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA standards. - Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Lead and guide the support team for smooth operations and task allocation. - Identify improvement opportunities and drive proactive issue resolution. **Thanks & Regards** **Sumit Bindhani** **Tata Consultancy Services**
