If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place. **About You And This Role** DOW has an opportunity for **SAP Consultant – Project Systems** **(Solution specialist)** who will Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in Information Systems as well as knowledge of the company, key business drivers, and processes in order to develop solutions. In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area. You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others. It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performance impacts the quality of your own work and your team’s work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies. **Responsibilities** - Support SAP Project System (PS) solutions across global manufacturing and engineering operations. - Requirements Analysis – Explores, analyzes, maps business and function requirements. - Lead solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design – integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, configure / tests / builds quality solutions, support procedures . - Support and contribute to upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments. - Collaborate with business process experts and cross-functional teams to optimize, integrate and improve use experience. - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP and integrated systems. Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with business and technical teams. - Follow ITIL processes - incident management, problem management, change management and request management, providing 24x7 support to site users. - Analyze and resolve application, process, data, and integration issues by applying structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis approaches in collaboration with business and technical teams. - Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to junior team members and support resources. **Qualifications** - Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Project System module. - Experience writing functional design, configuration and impact analysis. - Experience with SAP and non-SAP application support activities, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect triage and resolution. - Experience contributing to automation, AI-enabled solutions, or continuous improvement initiatives supporting plant maintenance operation. - Experience in Data migration tools like BODS - Familiarity with API and Azure Cloud - Familiarity with ITIL methodology - Understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methodology **Your** **Skill** **s** - Deep understanding of project system business processes - planning, budgeting, scheduling, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, project procurement, and project cost management. - Strong experience supporting SAP Project systems (PS) solutions. - Understanding of Project systems data and configuration . - Familiarity with SAP debugging techniques, interface troubleshooting and data analysis. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and support delivery of scalable and supportable application enhancements. - Strong understanding of integration with cross-functional modules - FI/CO, Purchasing, MM, PM. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, data, and integration issues across SAP and connected enterprise systems. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in complex support environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead knowledge transfer activities and provide guidance to junior analysts. **Additional** **notes** - Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly - The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential. **Benefits – What Dow Offers You** We invest in you.
