We are currently seeking a SAP PTP Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Job Summary Project Overview: This project will implement a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution integrated with SAP S/4HANA across the AMER and EMEA regions, delivering a standardized and scalable end-to-end procurement solution. The scope includes the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of end-to-end P2P processes, with system integrations delivered through SAP SDIS and MuleSoft to enable seamless data exchange with SAP S/4HANA. The SAP Business Analyst will lead the business analysis workstream for the P2P implementation, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, SAP, and system integration teams. The role is responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, facilitating process design workshops, supporting solution validation and testing, and ensuring the delivered solution aligns with business objectives, global P2P standards, and project governance. This version is more vendor-neutral while still clearly defining the project''s scope and the Business Analyst''s responsibilities. Responsibilities • Lead the business analysis workstream for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across APAC and EMEA, partnering with business stakeholders, IT, SAP and integration teams to define business requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and deliver a standardized solution. • The role is responsible for requirements elicitation, process design, solution validation, integration support, testing, documentation, and business readiness, while ensuring compliance with global P2P standards and accommodating regional and legal entity requirements. • Complete and approved business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and solution design documentation. • End-to-end current-state and future-state P2P process maps, business rules, and data mapping documentation. • Validated CoupaSAP S/4HANA integration requirements, supporting SAP SDIS and MuleSoft integration design and testing. • Comprehensive SIT and UAT test scenarios, defect management support, business validation, and formal sign-off documentation. • Process documentation, training materials, and change management artefacts to support business adoption and operational readiness. • A business-ready P2P solution that aligns with PMF governance, global process standards, and regional business requirements, delivered in accordance with project milestones and quality expectations. Key Skills • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives. • Hands-on experience with implementation and business process design. • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including Requisition-to-Pay, Vendor Master, Procurement, Invoicing, and Payments. • Experience supporting system integrations, preferably using SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft. • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, global, multi-region ERP transformation programs. • Strong business requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills. • Experience producing functional specifications, process documentation, and supporting SIT/UAT activities. • Familiarity with structured project delivery and governance methodologies (e.g., PMF, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Desirable Experience working within multi-instance SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
