Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **Functional Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to real estate and lease management processes. - Design and configure SAP RE-FX solutions aligned with organizational requirements. - Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users. - Configure lease contracts, rental agreements, property management, and occupancy management processes. - Support lease accounting requirements under IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards. - Manage rent calculations, periodic postings, index-based rent adjustments, and service charge settlements. - Prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scripts, and user manuals. - Support UAT, integration testing, and post-go-live activities. **Technical Responsibilities** - Configure SAP RE-FX master data, business entities, buildings, properties, contracts, and lease objects. - Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, PS, MM, and Asset Accounting modules. - Configure contract conditions, valuation rules, cash flows, and posting parameters. - Support data migration and master data loading activities. - Develop and review functional specifications for custom enhancements. - Coordinate with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW objects). - Troubleshoot system issues and optimize system performance. - Support interfaces with third-party real estate applications.
