**Role & responsibilities** - Configure and implement **SAP RE-FX solutions** based on business needs - Customize contract management and real estate objects Business Process Support - Analyze and map **real estate business processes** - Provide functional solutions aligned with client requirements Contract & Lease Management - Manage **lease-in / lease-out contracts** - Handle rent calculations, escalations, renewals, and terminations Integration Management - Ensure smooth integration with **FI/CO modules** - Validate financial postings and accounting flows Testing & Support - Perform **unit testing and support UAT** - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RE-FX module Data Migration & Reporting - Support **data migration activities** (legacy SAP) - Generate and customize reports for business users Documentation & Training - Prepare functional documents (FS, process docs) - Train end users on RE-FX functionalities Production Support - Provide ongoing **support and maintenance** - Handle incidents, enhancements, and change requests
