Role Overview The SAP RTR Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing end to end Finance processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient period end close. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting & RE FX - Manage month end and year end closing activities - Support financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements - Work on integration with PTP, OTC, and Retail modules - Analyze and resolve production issues and support UAT cycles - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives - Support data migration and reconciliation activities **Required Skills** - Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI) on S/4HANA & RE FX - Expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA) - Knowledge of Fiori finance apps - Experience in interfaces, IDocs, and financial integrations - Understanding of taxation and compliance **Experience** - 6–10 years in SAP Finance (RTR domain) - At least 1 S/4HANA implementations or upgrades - Experience with SAP Fiori - Understanding of interfaces (IDocs, APIs, integrations) - Exposure to Agile delivery model - Strong stakeholder communication skills - Experience in UAT and production support environments - Experience working in retail, fuel, or convenience store business environments is highly desirable.
