Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in the Record-to-Report (RTR) process. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely migration of financial master and transactional data into SAP. 🔷 Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute data migration activities for SAP FICO (RTR stream) • Perform data extraction, transformation, and load using standard and custom tools. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation across systems • Collaborate with business and functional teams to validate data requirements • Conduct data cleansing, mapping, and validation • Support mock loads, data validation cycles, and cutover activities • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues and discrepancies • Maintain data migration documentation and tracking • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones 🔷 Required Functional Expertise (RTR Objects)Strong hands-on experience in migration of the following RTR objects: ✅ Master Data • Profit Center • Cost Center • GL Account • Employee Vendor Master • Material Master – Accounting View • Customer Master (CM) – Company Code View • Activity Type • Credit Limit • Fixed Assets (Asset Master) • Internal Order ✅ Transactional Data • Open AP (Accounts Payable) • Open AR (Accounts Receivable) • Open GL Balances • Open Asset Balances 🔷 Required Skills • Strong SAP FICO functional knowledge (RTR process) • Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration projects (ECC/S4HANA) • Knowledge of SAP Migration tools: • LSMW / LTMC / Migration Cockpit • BDC / IDocs Good understanding of: • Financial postings • Reconciliation processes • Data validation techniques • Experience in data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures • 🔷 Preferred Skills Experience in S/4HANA migration projectsKnowledge of integration with upstream systems (e.g., Snowflake, legacy systems)Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (optional but helpful) 🔷 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or related fieldSAP FICO certification (preferred) 🔷 Experience 3-5 years in SAP FICO2+ full-cycle data migration project experience (RTR focus preferred) 🔷 Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail in financial data accuracy • Effective communication with business and technical teams • Ability to work under tight deadlines during cutover phases • Good team player
