***Key Responsibilities\\**** - *Serve as the **functional lead** for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the **SAP Activate Methodology*** - *Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications* - *Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes* - *Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments* - *Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support* - *Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as **SAP CPQ** and **SAP S/4HANA Sales** for seamless business process execution* - *Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations* - *Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions* - *Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards* - *Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points* - *Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing* - *Identify opportunities for **AI infusion** into solution implementation.* ***Job Requirements\\**** - *Minimum 8 years of SAP IT experience with* - ***Strong expertise in SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA Service*** - *4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service* - *Extensive experience in configuring end-to-end service and sales transactions, billing, and pricing.* - *Experience with **S/4HANA Private cloud** or **On-Premises** editions preferred.* - *SAP certification in ABAP for S/4 HANA or S/4 HANA Services is a plus.* - *Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.* - *Experience in SAP S/4HANA system conversion projects (added advantage).*
