**Role & responsibilities** Job Title SAP S/4HANA Functional/Technical Consultant (8+ Years Experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with 5+ years of SAP implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong business process knowledge, and experience delivering end-to-end implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects. Key Responsibilities - Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Configure SAP modules based on business needs. - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Support data migration activities and master data validation. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Deliver end-user training and prepare documentation. - Work with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards. Required Skills - 8+ years of SAP experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. - Strong expertise in one or more SAP S/4HANA modules: - Finance (FI/CO) - Materials Management (MM) - Sales & Distribution (SD) - Production Planning (PP) - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) - Plant Maintenance (PM) - Quality Management (QM) - Ariba or SuccessFactors (preferred) - Strong business process understanding. - Experience with SAP Fiori applications. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. - Experience with data migration tools and cutover activities. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Technical Skills - SAP Fiori and SAPUI5. - CDS Views. - OData Services. - SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). - ABAP debugging (for functional consultants). - APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware integration (SAP CPI/PI/PO). - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) exposure.
