**Job Description** **JD for SAP AMS SD – Digital Transformation** - Manage and work on various SAP projects within the manufacturing sector, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. - Manage support for order-to-cash processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing, credit management. - Understand dealer/distributor models, export documentation, and domestic logistics in pharma. - Handle GST-related billing configuration, tax procedures, and pricing logic. - Support batch and batch-determined sales processes as relevant to the pharma industry. - Collaborate with MM and FICO teams to troubleshoot cross-functional issues. - Good command of pricing, outputs, billing & credit management - Knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory needs in pharma - Understanding of batch management in SD processes - Ability to analyze IDocs and support integrations
