**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Information Systems Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with business needs. - Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Shipping & Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Returns & Rebate Management. - Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP modules. - Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments. - Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines. Additional Responsibilities: - SAP S/4HANA certification. - Exposure to SAP Fiori applications. - Experience in global implementation/support projects. - Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP GTS will be an added advantage. Technical and Professional Requirements: - 710 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD. - Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations or migration projects. - Expertise in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Deliveries, Output Determination, and Credit Management. - Experience with IDOCs, Interfaces, EDI integration, and Batch Management. - Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP. - Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
