**Key Responsibilities** - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional solutions - Configure and customize SAP SD modules in **SAP ERP / S/4HANA environments** - Manage end-to-end **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** processes - Handle: - Sales order processing - Pricing and billing - Credit management - Shipping and logistics execution - Work on **integration with other SAP modules** such as: - MM (Materials Management) - FI (Financial Accounting) - PP (Production Planning) - Participate in **full lifecycle implementations**, rollouts, and support projects - Perform system configurations, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and documentation - Identify process improvements and recommend best practices - Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues - Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong hands-on experience in **SAP SD module** - Experience in **SAP HANA / S/4HANA** environment - Deep understanding of: - O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycle - Pricing procedures (condition techniques) - Billing & invoicing - Shipping & transportation - Knowledge of **IDocs, interfaces, and EDI integration** - Ability to write **Functional Specifications (FS)** for RICEFW objects - Experience with **data migration and cutover activities** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
