**About the Role** Responsible for system maintenance, change in system configuration based on business needs, end user training, testing of new processes and preparation / release of Standard operating procedures related to SD & Material domain. **Scope** Brakes India Ltd, Aztec, Freins, Wichitra, Lumiere, FML, Modular Auto ltd, Task Pressings and Transenergy **Roles & Responsibilities** **Functional** - Executes the planned activities to meet objectives as per procedure. - Supports end users on Transaction related issues - Updates Master Data to facilitate system Transaction. - Maintains / changes system configuration to facilitate changing business needs. - Prepares Functional specifications to the proposed change in process/new development. - Prepares Standard Operating procedures / Guidelines to facilitate end users. - Conducts root cause analysis to fix the problem in transactions. - Conduct Process study to ensure adherence as per SOP - Perform system changes in line with changing legal / statutory requirements - Identify, test and propose process changes for system/ process improvements. - Perform periodical jobs to ensure continual system transactions / reporting requirements. **Management Reporting** - Prepares key activity report for the activities carried out and forwards to team lead for review. **People Responsibilities** - Provides training to end users in new processes / new users training on need basis. - Provides necessary feedback to users for the queries raised to meet requirements. **Key Result Areas** - Master Data update - System Maintenance - System configuration - Testing of system for various scenarios - Preparation / Release of SOP - Prepare FRS - Process changes / improvements **Required Skills** - Business Process awareness - Knowledge about SAP process / Configuration - Exposure to Legal and Statutory requirements - Customer Orientation - Initiative and Drive - Communication Skills - Team Player **Authority -** Recommendation on changes to system configuration / New configuration. **Internal Stakeholder - *End users*** - To identify issues, understand bottle neck and propose solution. Guide end users in completing Transaction. **External Stakeholder - *1. SAP*** - Issues handling & resolution; ***2. Product vendor(s)*** - Product awareness, Know-How and understanding latest technologies. **Qualifications** - Educational Qualification: Diploma / Engineering Degree - Desirable: SAP Certification in SCM module - Experience: 8 to 10 Years of working experience in SD/MM configuration.
