SAP SD Senior - TechOps

The Opportunity We are looking for an **SAP SD Senior Consultant** to join our TechOps team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales and distribution processes for Global 500 companies. You will manage the SAP SD module, oversee the **Order-to-Cash (OTC)** cycle, and ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape. This is a high-impact position focused on driving stability and efficiency through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation. Key Responsibilities - **Application Management:** Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD, including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution. - **Technical Leadership:** Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. - **Process Optimization:** Optimize business processes using **ECC 6.0**, **S/4HANA aATP**, and **SAP GTS** for global compliance. - **Change Management:** Translate business needs into technical solutions, handling change requests and system enhancements to improve efficiency. - **Documentation & Training:** Maintain configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts while mentoring junior team members. - **Operational Readiness:** Participate in on-call rotations and shift work to support critical global business requirements. Technical Qualifications - **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, ideally within a global client environment. - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field. - **Core Expertise:** Deep understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Contracts, and Logistics Execution. - **Advanced Functionality:** Extensive knowledge of **aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise)** and integration with **Vistex**. - **Integration Knowledge:** Strong grasp of integration points with PP/MRP, IBP/APO, and Transportation Management (TM). - **Compliance:** Experience or familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
