P **osition: SAP SD** Exp **erience: 4 to 12 years** L **ocation: Trivandrum** **JOB DESCRIPTIO** N **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** - **Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process:** must understand the entire business flow, which goes from Inquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → Payment. - **Pricing Procedures:** must know how to set up and configure the pricing condition technique. This includes managing discounts, surcharges, freight charges, and taxes so the system calculates the right price every time. - **Enterprise Structure:** Experience in mapping a company's real-life business structure to SAP by correctly defining and linking items like the Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, and Sales Area. - **Master Data Management:** Working experience in how to create, extend, and manage Customer Master Records, Material Master Data, and Customer-Material Info Records. - **Billing and Credit Management:** This includes setting up different billing types (e.g., invoice, pro-forma invoice) and configuring credit control areas to block or allow orders based on a customer's payment history. **2. Integration and Technical Skills** - **Cross-Module Integration:** - **SAP MM:** To check stock availability (Available-to-Promise, or ATP) and trigger goods issues. - **SAP FICO:** To automatically generate accounting entries when you post a billing document. - **SAP PP:** To tie sales orders to production schedules. **Good-to-Have** **Modern SAP Skills (S/4HANA)** - **SAP S/4HANA & Fiori:** Modern businesses run on S/4HANA. You need to be familiar with S/4HANA simplification (e.g., the Business Partner approach replacing older customer masters) and how to use modern **SAP Fiori apps** instead of traditional SAP GUI screens. - **Output Management (BRF+):** You must be familiar with the Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+), which replaces older print and output determination methods. - **Basic Technical Understanding:** Need to understand the basic ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) helps. You should know how to **read code to debug issues** , use SAP Query to generate reports, and write functional specifications for the development team. **Responsibility / Expectations** 1 Experience working with Implementation SAP S4 2 Experience working with SAP support projects - ECC 3 Experience understanding business process **Also please refer below link for downloading application form.
