Job description

**Key Skills:** SAP EWM, SAP S4 HANA, Production Support, Application Support, SAP SD, SAP Transport Management (SAP TM) **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM on SAP S/4HANA, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution. - Support SAP EWM implementations and enhancements, including configuration, testing support, and post-go-live stabilization. - Manage application support activities such as change requests, release coordination, and ensuring timely resolution of warehouse operations issues. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze warehouse/logistics process gaps and drive corrective actions. - Contribute to operational readiness by supporting cutovers, monitoring, and knowledge transfer for warehouse operations. **Skills Required:** - 7 - 14 years of relevant SAP experience (6-12+ years SAP EWM preferred) - SAP EWM (hands-on configuration and support experience) - Application Support (L2/L3 production support, incident/problem management) - SAP S/4 HANA (S/4HANA EWM implementation/support experience) - Warehouse operations knowledge (supporting end-to-end warehouse/logistics processes) Good to Have: - SAP SD - SAP Transport Management (SAP TM) **Education:** Any Graduation
