The ideal candidate should demonstrate: - Strong tactical execution, with the ability to manage day-to-day delivery with precision - Disciplined project governance, ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and controls - Clear ownership of planning and delivery, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment - Proactive communication and escalation, with a focus on transparency and accountability - Consistent tracking of progress, issues, and actions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks This role requires someone who can establish structure, drive rigor, and maintain control across all phases of delivery, ensuring projects are executed with quality, consistency, and predictability. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following key qualifications:            Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)            Experience with SuccessFactors – Employee Central (EC)            Relevant SuccessFactors certifications across applicable modules            Strong understanding of a cloud-based HCM suite, including core HR, talent management, and people analytics to support the full employee lifecycle
