Your Role: Serve as a subject matter expert for all Signavio modules, including Process Mining, Process Insights, Process Modeling, and Workflow. • Provide guidance on best practices and effective utilization of Signavio’s capabilities. • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to map and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization. • Propose and implement process improvements leveraging insights from Signavio tools. • Lead the setup, configuration, and connection of Signavio to enterprise systems. • Ensure smooth integration to enable robust process analysis and optimization. • Act as a key point of contact for functional and cross-functional stakeholders, addressing queries and driving alignment. • Partner with clients to understand their challenges and tailor process solutions to meet business needs. • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to upskill teams on process modeling and management. • Promote adoption of process management tools and methodologies within the organization. • Bring in-depth understanding of processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and more. • Leverage knowledge of BPM standards, including BPMN 2.0, to ensure high-quality process designs. • Ensure timely delivery of process transformation projects, meeting defined goals and KPIs. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
