As of 2024, Tata Sons owned 71.74% of TCS, and close to 80% of Tata Sons' dividend income came from TCS. **About the Role** **Position:** SAP SuccessFactors Consultant **Experience:** 5+ Years **Location:** Chennai Magnum - TCS **Employment Type:** Full-Time **In Person Interview / Walkin - 4 July-26, Saturday** This role involves key responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the organization. **Responsibilities** - Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as: - Employee Central (EC) - Performance & Goals (PMGM) - Recruitment (RCM/RMK) - Onboarding 2.0 - Learning Management System (LMS) - Compensation & Variable Pay - Succession & Development - Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders. - Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and foundation objects. - Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support. - Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and third-party applications using CPI/BTP. - Support data migration, data validation, and reporting activities. - Prepare functional specifications and documentation. - Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and project managers for successful delivery. - Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer. Required Skills - 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least one end-to-end implementation. - Strong expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules. - Hands-on experience with: - Business Rules - Workflow Configuration - Role-Based Permissions (RBP) - MDF Objects - Employee Central - Instance management - Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integration. - Experience in data migration and reporting tools. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
