Job description

**Role**- SAP Succesfactor **Experience**- 7-12 Years **Location**- Chennai **Roles & Responsibilities-** - Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and Recruitment modules. - Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of SuccessFactors modules. - Hands-on experience in configuring LMS items, curricula, assignments, assessments, and learning reporting. - Strong experience in test scripts, PMGM configuration including goal plans, performance forms, templates, calibration, and workflows. - Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment including job requisitions, candidate management, offer management, and onboarding integration. - Experience in SuccessFactors role-based permissions (RBP) and security configuration. - Good understanding of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC HCM. - Experience working with Employee Central and other SF modules is an added advantage. - Ability to analyse complex issues and work closely with HR, business, and technical stakeholders. - Experience working in support mode with understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and incident prioritisation (P1, P2).
