**Roles and Responsibilities** - Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Configure and customize EC modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Attendance, Talent Suite, Recruiting Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Goal Management, Succession Planning. - Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors products including SF-EC to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions using SAP SuccessFactors technology. - Troubleshoot issues related to employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration etc. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-9 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) projects. - Strong understanding of core HR concepts including workforce planning, talent acquisition/retention strategies. - Proficiency in configuring/customizing various modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite (Core HR/Absence Management/Time & Attendance). - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Experience working with UK-based clients preferred but not mandatory.
