**Location Kolkata** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to clients. - Configure and integrate EC with other HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, and Analytics. - Develop strong understanding of client requirements and provide solutions using EC's core functionalities like employee data management, workflow automation, reporting & analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-10 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). - Strong knowledge of configuration options available in EC including integration with other SAP modules like Payroll, Time Management etc. . - Experience working on at least one end-to-end implementation cycle of an HCM module like EC. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Proficiency in XML and data models used by SAP SuccessFactors. - Please apply who can relocate to Kolkata
