**Location Kolkata** **Virtual Drive on 23 June** **Exp must be 5+** **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant** **Core Skills Required** - **SAP SuccessFactors Expertise** - Strong hands-on experience in **Employee Central (EC) implementation & support** - Certified in **SAP SuccessFactors EC module** - **Configuration & Data Management** - Deep knowledge of **EC Data Models (Corporate, Succession, Country-specific)** - Strong expertise in **XML configuration** - Experience in **Business Rules framework** - Proficiency in **Role-Based Permissions (RBP)** - **HR Process & Functional Understanding** - Ability to define **business requirements** - Perform **fit-gap analysis** between business needs and standard solutions - Configure **company structures, workflows, and HR processes** - **Integration Skills** - Experience integrating **SAP EC with HRIS and Payroll systems** - Knowledge of integration tools/APIs is a strong advantage - **Solution Design & Consulting** - Ability to design and configure systems based on **Business Blueprint** - Provide **best practice recommendations and alternative solutions** - Strong client-facing consulting mindset - **Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies** - Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** - Strong **learning agility** and adaptability - Problem-solving and analytical thinking **Additional / Preferred Skills** - Exposure to **end-to-end SuccessFactors suite** - Basic understanding of **integration platforms (CPI / Boomi)**
