**Greetings from TCS!** **TCS hiring SAP Success Factor Time and Attendance Consultant** **Job Title: SAP Success Factor Time and Attendance Consultant** **Experience Range: 5-10 Years** **Location:** **Pan India** **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education** **Key Responsibilities** - Support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off and Time Tracking modules - Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system design and configurations - Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and quality standards - Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), training and cutover activities - Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements - Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications - Advise clients on SuccessFactors best practices, roadmap and release management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and change management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Time Management - Certified in at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules: EC or Time Management - Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors best practice - Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage priorities, work independently and in teams, and meet project deadlines - Experience of working in a consulting environment or delivering projects for external clients **Preferred:** - Additional module certifications (e.g., Rec, Onboarding, LMS, PMGM) - SAP HCM / ECC HR or S/4HANA experience - Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., ADP) - Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) - Understanding of UK & I HR legislation and compliance requirements.
