**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions for clients. - Provide technical expertise on EC configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR systems. - Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. - Troubleshoot issues related to EC implementation, customization, or maintenance. **Job Requirements :** - 5-13 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. - Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solution. - Experience in configuring, migrating data, integrating with other HR systems using ECS tools.
