Job Role - SAP Successfactor Exp- 6+ Years Location- Chennai /Hyderabad Job Description We are seeking an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Consultant** to implement, configure, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver HR transformation projects. Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. - Gather, analyze, and document HR business processes and requirements. - Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and permissions. - Support system integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and third-party applications. - Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution. - Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation. - Manage data migration and validation activities. - Support releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams. Required Skills - Strong experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules: - Employee Central (EC) - Recruiting Management (RCM) - Onboarding 2.0 - Performance & Goals (PMGM) - Compensation - Learning Management System (LMS) - Succession & Development - Knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). - Experience with Integration Center, CPI/BTP, or SAP Integration Suite. - Understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
