Job description

**Role:** SAP SuccessFactor **Exp: 5-10 years** **Location: Hyderabad** **Walk-in Interview:: 11th July 2026** **Venue: Hyderabad TCS, Deccan park** Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders. - Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as: - Employee Central (EC) - Recruitment (RCM/RMK) - Onboarding 2.0 - Performance & Goals (PMGM) - Learning Management System (LMS) - Compensation & Variable Pay - Succession & Development - Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. - Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. - Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems using CPI/BTP or middleware platforms. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams. - Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training. - Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and release management activities. - Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. **NOTE: Kindly apply if you are comfortable with the above JD and are available to attend the in-person (face-to-face) Walk-in Interview at the Hyderabad TCS Campus on 11th July.**
