**SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, enhancements, and support projects. - Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning and employee rewards. - Configure and support: - SuccessFactors Compensation - Variable Pay - Executive Review - Compensation Worksheets - Budget Planning - Merit and Promotion Planning - Design compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, and planning cycles. - Configure compensation statements and total rewards statements. - Support compensation planning processes including: - Merit Increases - Bonuses - Stock Awards - Lump Sum Payments - Promotion Adjustments - Collaborate with HR and business teams to define compensation strategies and workflows. - Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules such as: - Employee Central - Performance & Goals - Succession Planning - Variable Pay - Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues. - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials. - Ensure compliance with compensation governance and organizational policies. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5 - 9 years of experience. - Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
