**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients across various industries. - Provide technical expertise on HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time Management, and Analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. - Troubleshoot issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and provide timely resolutions. **Job Requirements :** - 4-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors consulting. - Strong understanding of SAP Success Factor (Succession Planning) module including its configuration options and functionalities. - Experience working with other HR systems like Workday or Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage.
