Job description

**Role & responsibilities** . SucessFactors certifications in Compensation 2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 3. Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles workflows and business rules. 4. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution 5. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll. **Good to Have:** 1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module 2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements. **Preferred candidate profile** - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central valid certification. - Implementation experience is Employee Central Time-off required - Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience - Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
