Title : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with time off. Location : Hyderabad, Pune, Noida WFO : Hybrid Experience range: 7+ years relevant experience Key skills : EC resource should have Reporting (story reports), Integration center, Integration experience (oData API & Compound employee) - 90%, EC-time off - 10%, BIB is optional but good to have. Immediate joiners preferred. We at Coforge currently hiring experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant** with strong expertise in reporting, integrations, and Employee Central functionalities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Story Reports, configuring and managing integrations, and working with SuccessFactors APIs and data extraction frameworks. Experience in EC Time Off is desirable. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, maintain, and optimize SuccessFactors Story Reports and workforce analytics solutions. - Design, configure, and support Integration Center interfaces. - Develop and troubleshoot SuccessFactors integrations using: - OData APIs - Compound Employee APIs - Other standard SuccessFactors integration frameworks - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Support data migration, data validation, and integration testing activities. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues. - Configure and support Employee Central Time Off processes and requirements. - Provide functional and technical guidance for Employee Central solutions. **Mandatory skills (90%)** - 7+ years of relevant SuccessFactors Employee Central experience. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). - Expertise in: Story Reporting, integration Center, OData API Integrations, Compound Employee API - Experience in end-to-end integration design, development, and support. - Good understanding of Employee Central data models, business rules, and workflows. - Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Skills (10%)** - Working knowledge of Employee Central Time Off configuration and support. - Experience with Time Off business processes, absence management, and accruals. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.
