**Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)**, the **SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central (SF-EC)** System Administrator ensures core Human Capital Management (HCM) systems remain compliant, secure, and aligned with client business objectives. The role blends functional configuration with day-to-day HR production support and ticket resolution. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - **System Configuration & Data Modeling:** Configure and maintain Foundation Objects (FO), Meta-Data Framework (MDF) objects, Data Models, Picklists, and Business Rules within standard XML or UI. - **Lifecycle & Workflow Management:** Manage HR transactions for employee lifecycle events like hires, transfers, and terminations. Ensure approval processes are routed, monitored, and escalated appropriately using Role-Based Permissions (RBP). - **Time-Off & Organizational Management:** Configure and support core extensions, including time-off/leave structures, position management, and global assignments. - **Incident Management & SLA Tracking:** Resolve HR tickets (incidents and service requests) per defined operating procedures and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - **Release & Testing Support:** Support mandatory half-yearly system updates and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Unit Testing (UT). - **Experience Range-7-12 Years** - **Location- Kolkata**
