**Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant (S/4HANA Integration)** **Location: Pune** **Experience: 5+** We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration to join our team. Required Skills: SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation and support experience Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) and SAP SuccessFactors modules Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors integrations Experience with employee master data, organizational data, payroll, and time management integration Understanding of OData APIs, IDocs, Web Services, and middleware concepts Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects Ability to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management
