**TCS is Hiring SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Onboarding (ONB) Experience.** **Location: Pan India** **Experience: 5+** We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 and Employee Central to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering impactful HR solutions and driving digital transformation, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0. • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors. • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions. • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications. • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption. • Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades. • Conduct design sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
