**SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant | 612 Years** We are seeking an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant** with 612 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience and strong expertise in implementing and supporting **SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0** solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions for onboarding processes. - Configure onboarding programs, tasks, document generation, e-signatures, and new hire activities. - Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules. - Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support activities. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enhance new hire experience. Required Skills: - 6–12 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience. - Hands-on experience in **SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0**. - Strong knowledge of Onboarding processes, Business Rules, MDF, RBP, and Document Management. - Experience with Employee Central and Recruiting integrations. - Exposure to SAP CPI/Integration Center is preferred. - Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects. Preferred: - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification. - Experience working in global implementation projects. **Notice Period:** Immediate to 60 Days Preferred.
