**Greetings from TCS!!** **TCS hiring for SAP SuccessFactors RMK/RCM Consultant** **Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors RMK/RCM Consultant** **Experience Range: 5- 15 years** **Location: Chennai** **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education** **Must Have:** - 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactorsHCM - SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant inRecruitment Management, recruitment marketing - Strong functional knowledge of the system, specificallyRecruitment management, career site developments (recruitment marketing) - Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissionsetc.. - Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met - Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation - Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) - Superior communications skills, both verbal and written - Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
