**SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant** **6-12 Years** We are looking for an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant** with 612 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors. The candidate should possess strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting **Succession Management and Career Development Planning (CDP)** modules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development solutions. - Gather business requirements and provide functional consulting. - Implement Talent Pools, Nominations, Talent Search, Career Worksheets, Development Plans, and Role Readiness. - Integrate with Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, and other SuccessFactors modules. - Conduct SIT/UAT testing, deployments, and production support. - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize talent management processes. **Required Skills:** - 6–12 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience. - Hands-on expertise in **Succession Management & Career Development Planning**. - Strong knowledge of MDF, RBP, Talent Management, and Employee Central integration. - Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects. - SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. **Notice Period:** Immediate to 60 Days Preferred.
