Job description

We are looking for an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Time Management** Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking. The candidate should possess hands-on configuration experience and a solid understanding of time-related HR processes. **Key Responsibilities** Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements related to attendance, absences, leave management, and work schedules. Configure Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Holiday Calendars, and Work Schedules. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and RBP configurations. Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for solution design and delivery. Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Support integrations with Payroll and third-party time management systems.
