Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Off ConsultantJob Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant with 710 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring leave management processes, absence rules, accruals, workflows, and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave management and absence processes. - Configure Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Account Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Accrual Rules. - Configure leave request workflows, approval processes, business rules, and validations. - Design and implement absence counting, eligibility, accruals, carry-forward, forfeiture, and termination rules. - Develop and maintain Business Rules using the SuccessFactors Rules Engine. - Configure and support integrations between SuccessFactors Time Off and Employee Central, Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, or third-party payroll systems. - Perform impact analysis, system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support. - Participate in data migration, configuration validation, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Employee Central, Payroll, Compensation, and Integration consultants. - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user documentation. - Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants. Required Skills - 710 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 45 years specializing in Employee Central Time Off. - Strong hands-on experience configuring: - Time Types - Time Profiles - Time Account Types - Time Accounts - Accrual Rules - Holiday Calendars - Work Schedules - Business Rules - Workflow Configurations - Experience with leave accruals, carry-forward, forfeiture, purchase leave, and leave encashment processes. - Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture. - Experience with MDF Objects, Picklists, Foundation Objects, and Permission Framework. - Knowledge of Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SuccessFactors APIs. - Experience in data migration using Import/Export tools. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and global leave policies. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Off certification preferred. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is an added advantage. - Knowledge of SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or SAP HCM Time Management. - Experience working in global or multi-country SuccessFactors implementations.
