Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Infosys Quality Engineering Responsibilities - Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across multiple SAP modules. - Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for SAP Retail, SAP FICO, and related SAP applications in line with business requirements and process flows. - Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements, clarify test conditions, and ensure complete coverage of critical business processes. - Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and regression suites using SAP TOSCA or similar SAP test automation tools. - Identify, log, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools; coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and re-validation. - Participate in test planning activities, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and test strategy definition for SAP projects, releases, and change requests. - Validate data integrity, financial accuracy, and endtoend process consistency across integrated SAP modules and dependent upstream/downstream systems. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data, assisting business users during execution, and consolidating feedback and defect reports. - Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation such as test plans, test cases, execution reports, defect metrics, traceability matrices, and regular status updates for stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP testing processes, standards, templates, and best practices to enhance overall delivery quality. Strong experience designing and executing test cases for SAP modules, with exposure to at least one of SAP Retail, SAP FICO, or related SAP solutions. Proven ability to perform functional and integration testing in SAP environments, including defect logging, tracking, and re-testing. Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in structured testing processes and tools.
