Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 36968 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI # **Title:** **SAP Syteline - Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Infor SyteLine – Senior AMS Support Consultant** **Role** Senior Application Support Consultant responsible for **L2/L3 support of Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial)** in an **Application Managed Services (AMS) environment**. The role involves **incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and user support** for manufacturing ERP processes. **Key Responsibilities**: Development & Customization Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs utilizing the Infor Mongoose development framework. Create and maintain complex business logic, Event Handlers, and user-defined methods. Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support data management and system enhancements. Build and maintain operational reporting and analytics using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL **System Integration:** Design and develop seamless integrations between SyteLine and external enterprise applications (CRM, MES, WMS) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Maintain data mapping, data loading tools, and automated data migration routines. **Support & Maintenance:** Provide tier-2/3 technical support, troubleshooting production issues, and resolving system bugs. Conduct system testing (UAT and regression), manage patching, and assist with version upgrades (e.g., v8 to v9 to v10). Document technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and end-user training guides. - Handle **service requests and data corrections** - Perform **root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues** - Support **minor enhancements and configuration changes** - Monitor **interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations** - Support **release deployments and testing** - Work with **business users and technical teams** for issue resolution - Ensure **SLA adherence for ticket resolution** **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Infor Mongoose and IDOs (Interactive Data Objects). Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database administration, and BI reporting (SSRS/Birst). Strong software engineering skills in C# and VB.NET. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration **ERP Expertise** Strong experience in **Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial including**: - Manufacturing module - Inventory Management - Order Management - Procurement - MRP / Production Planning - Shop Floor Control **Technical Knowledge** Working knowledge of: - **Infor Mongoose framework** - **SQL Server / SQL queries** - SyteLine forms and configurations - ERP integrations (API / EDI / middleware) - Reporting tools (SSRS or similar) **Tools Exposure** Experience with one or more: - ServiceNow / ITSM tools - Azure DevOps / Jira - SQL tools - Monitoring tools **Experience Requirement Details** Total Experience 6 – 10 years SyteLine Experience Minimum 4 years ERP AMS Support Minimum 3 years Industry: Manufacturing / Distribution preferred **Soft Skills** - Strong troubleshooting ability - Good communication with business users - Experience working in **offshore support models** - Ability to handle **multiple tickets simultaneously**
