**Role & responsibilities** An SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) job **outlines the responsibilities of configuring, implementing, and optimizing automated, rule-based workflows to streamline end-to-end accounts payable processes within SAP**. Responsibilities include mapping document routing, managing exception handling, and ensuring accurate invoice posting. - **Solution Design:** Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP VIM and OpenText solutions. - **System Configuration:** Set up document types, logic modules, data capture, and intelligent data extraction. - **Workflow Management:** Design and troubleshoot workflow approvals, routing rules, and exception-handling procedures. - **Integration:** Ensure seamless data synchronization between VIM, core SAP ERP (such as SAP S/4HANA), and non-SAP systems. - **User Support:** Train end-users, resolve VIM-related technical issues during project phases, and continuously optimize process efficiency.
