**Job Description – SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)** **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Vistex solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role requires strong functional expertise in Vistex, proven project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end SAP Vistex implementation, rollout, and support projects. - Design and configure SAP Vistex solutions for Contract devt & Mgmt, Group membership management, Cross reference management, Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks, Gross to Net. Reports etc. - Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, FI/CO, and Settlement Management. - Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. - Conduct business requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and fit-gap analysis. - Oversee testing, deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and business users to ensure successful project delivery. **Required Qualifications & Experience** - 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 5+ years in SAP Vistex. - Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations in an SAP S/4HANA environment. - Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Pricing, FI/CO, MM, and integration with Vistex. - Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. **Key Competencies** - SAP Vistex functional expertise - SAP S/4HANA integration - Project and stakeholder management - Business process consulting - Team leadership and mentoring - Strong analytical and communication skills
