**Role & responsibilities** **Role :** SAS Campaign Management Support & Administration **Required Technical Skill Set** SAS CI, SAS Management Console, SAS Data Integration, IBM Scheduler (LSF), SAS EG Usage, Red Hat Linux, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, SQL Developer/Dbeaver/Toad **Must-Have** - SAS Admin or Developer or Support experience in Campaign Management for Telecom domain. - Working Knowledge of SAS Marketing Automation (MA), Real Time Decision Manager (RTDM), Complex Event Processing (CEP). - Hands-on experience with SAS CI Studio, SAS Management Console, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Environment Manager, IBM LSF Scheduler, SAS EG, SAS IDP. - Usage of SAS CI studio, SAS Management Console, SAS Data Integration studio, SAS Environment Manager, IBM LSF Scheduler, SAS EG. - Experience in SAS Users/Groups/Roles & Licenses Renewal. - Experience in installing SAS Hotfixes & upgrades. - Understanding SAS Programming and investigating issues through SAS Logs. - Hands-on Experience on Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting. - Experience of analyzing views and PL/SQL procedures - Flexibility to support Operations and Rotational shifts. - Perform CR deployments, moving Packages, STPs. - Experience in Incident and Problem Management. - Experience working on Vulnerabilities and Risks. **Good-to-Have** - SAS Development - CI/CD
