Location: Indore/ Delhi Experience: 5 - 8 yr **#Role Summary:** Hands on experience on **SASE expertise.** We are looking for a skilled **Network Security Engineer** with strong expertise in **Zscaler** and **Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)** solutions to join our **Network Operations Center (NOC)** team. This role involves managing secure connectivity, troubleshooting, and optimizing global network security infrastructure. **#Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms. - Implement policies for secure web access, SSL inspection, and application control. - Configure and manage IPSec tunnels, Tunnel 1.0 & Tunnel 2.0. - Implement URL filtering, bandwidth control, and advanced threat protection. - Troubleshoot Zscaler-related issues and provide escalation support. - Design and maintain SASE architecture and Zero Trust security models. - Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools. - Perform incident response and root cause analysis for security events. - Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with global teams and maintain detailed documentation. - Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures. **#Required Skills:** - 5–8 years in **network security operations** . - Hands-on experience with **Zscaler** and **SASE** solutions implementation and BAU operation. - Strong knowledge of **firewalls, VPNs,** and network protocols. - Familiarity with **SIEM tools** and incident response processes. - Excellent Network and Zscaler troubleshooting and communication skills. **#Preferred Certifications:** - Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) - CCNA - Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) - Administrator Certification Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Administrator Certification - ZDTA- Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator - ZDTE- Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer
