**TCS is Hiring!!!** **Walk -In Interview** **Date-20-June-2026** **Location- Pune, Noida** - 4+ years of IT experience specifically in Identity Management. - Hands on development, customization, and solution experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc. - Have good knowledge on Saviynt IGA architecture with hands on experience in application onboarding (provisioning / de-provisioning), Birthright Provisioning, implementing application workflows, Segregation of Duties, Analytics Reporting Services and Campaigns/Access Certifications. - Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt. - Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. - Provide Application Support in 24\\*7 Environment. - Application Support and Operations Management. - Logs for failure patterns across customers. - Log alerts for application failures (needs to be automated so need to work with Team to finalize the way forward). - Monitor jobs running on application. Restart/Restore the job as per original schedule in case of any failure. - Escalate: In case of specific pre-identified issue types, reach out to the respective SPOCs in the other clusters to remediate/ restore. - Resolve tickets by working with Product Teams/Application Teams. - Respond and assign to all tickets to pre-identified team within SLA timeline. - Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, by providing suggestions for process improvements, providing updates to documentation, providing assistance and transfer of knowledge to peers in your area of expertise. - Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterpart. **Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\*`** - Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Development and Enhancements (Workflows, Tasks, Rules, Triggers, Request Forms, Email Templates, Global assignments, Access Requests, RBAC, REST API) - Expertise in developing Custom JARs, REST connectors, and Integrations - Experience in Application Onboarding, including SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other SAP integrations - Practical experience with Saviynt PAM and JITA (Just-In-Time Access) configuration and support • Ability to fix integration failures, troubleshoot issues, and implement new solutions - Good understanding of IGA concepts, RBAC, SOD and Identity Lifecycle Management - Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON and Saviynt platform components - Good communication, analytical skills, team player, self-driven, and result-oriented **Desired Experience Range\\*\\*** **4-15yrs** **Location of Requirement** **Noida, Pune** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** - Saviynt Development & Enhancement Experience - Application Onboarding and Integration Skills - PAM + JITA experience• Strong troubleshooting, RCA and SLA handling - Ownership of end-to-end delivery **Good-to-Have** - Good to Have Azure AD/SSO/IAM Fundamentals - Understanding of SAP ecosystem and REST/SOAP integrations - Hands-on experience in operational support activities **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Develop and enhance Saviynt workflows, rules, tasks, connectors, and custom JARs & APIs - Perform application onboarding, including SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other integrations - Handle Production Support, RCA, Incident/Request Management, SLA adherence, and Operational Stability - Troubleshoot integration issues and implement permanent fixes and work closely with business and application owners to gather requirements, support UAT, and deliver end-to-end solutions - Take complete accountability of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery
